Who I Am & Why I Do This
I’ve navigated plenty of spaces not built for leaders like me. As a woman, a veteran, and a strategist in male-dominated industries, I’ve seen firsthand how strong systems create opportunity, not roadblocks.
With a background in high-level operational strategy, a PMP certification, and credentials as an Accredited OBM and Business Process Specialist, I created Amy Beman Collective to help purpose-driven founders bring structure to their momentum without the corporate red tape.

I’ve led cross-functional projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches, with a focus on clear scopes, tight timelines, and real business outcomes. ACBA-certified through Bridging the Gap’s applied framework.
