Overview

These Terms of Purchase apply to all services, strategy sessions, and consulting offers provided by Amy Beman Collective LLC (“ABC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any product or service through our website or by invoice, you agree to the following terms.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified, all services require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your spot, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the final deliverable. Payments are processed via third-party platforms such as Stripe or PayPal. All payments are final.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of strategic and consulting work, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you’re unsure whether a service is right for you, we encourage you to book a free discovery call before purchasing. We’re here to help you make the best decision for your business.

Rescheduling & Missed Calls

We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. While we don’t charge a fee for missed calls, consistent no-shows may result in limited future availability.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide access, information, and feedback as needed to complete the work. Delays in communication may impact timelines and delivery dates. If you’re ever stuck, just let us know—collaboration works best when it’s a two-way street.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the course of a project or service—including strategy documents, workflows, or templates—are for your personal or business use only. They may not be copied, distributed, or resold without our written consent. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your internal business purposes.
